No movements at night
No aircraft arrive or depart between 22:30 and 07:00. Not by extension, not by exception.
Ashlow Airport is a fictional business. This site is a design showcase.
If an aircraft bothered you, tell us. We check it against the airport's movement records and reply within 10 working days. Below are the rules we keep, so you can hold us to them.
Ashlow, local
No movements between 22:30 and 07:00. Engine ground runs only between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays.
The date, the time, where you were, and what you heard. That is what the team needs to find it.
By phone, by email, or with the short form below. Whichever is easiest.
The team checks the airport's movement records for that date and time.
Within 10 working days.
We say so plainly, and tell you who to contact instead.
Part of the showcase. This form sends nothing. Nothing you type leaves this page or is saved.
Checked. Nothing was sent, because this is a showcase and Ashlow Airport is fictional. On a real airport's site, this would reach the community team, and the 10 working days would start today.
No aircraft arrive or depart between 22:30 and 07:00. Not by extension, not by exception.
No flight training and no circuit flying.
Departures follow noise preferential routes away from the town and the villages nearby. The drawing shows them.
Engine ground runs only between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays, and only in a set area.
Some aircraft heard near Ashlow are not Ashlow's. When the records show an aircraft was not one of Ashlow's, we say so plainly, and tell you who to contact instead. You still get a reply within 10 working days.
The airport consultative committee meets four times a year. Around the table: the town and parish councils, residents' groups and airport users. The minutes are published here.
A small fund supports local groups. No amounts are shown on this showcase. Groups can ask about it on the community line.
The airport cannot change its flight paths on its own. Any change would go through the CAA's airspace change process (CAP1616), with public consultation. None is proposed.
